Lighter than its predecessor, the SL-19 weighs just 620g and offers easy, versatile operation with options for 10x and 16x magnifications and three slit widths (0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.8mm). It features a variable LED light source adjustable from 200 to 20,000 Lux, a 3-step background light, and a 3-step blue illumination light. The LED light is significantly whiter than the traditional halogen lights found in older models.
